Hey guys I have very little experience with coding, I have dabbled in Java and also on Dreamweaver. I do not know where to start or who to go to for a project I would like built.

I want a software that can take a worded document and using an algorithm and converter in the software to automatically complete conversion's. Is this possible and how would I go about getting this built, I have searched my local area for software programmer's and cant find any that actually build software?

Also how would legal rights work out in this situation if i commissioned this to be built, how would I stop them stealing my idea?

sorry for the limited info but is there any advise at all, I don't think it realistic that I could build this myself I have only built a very basic website, this is a-lot more specialist.

What I have tried:

google search, forum search and youtube.

Finish a conversion? On the surface, from your very limited explanation, this problem is so incredibly complex, you have no idea the level of complexity you're talking about. This is not something that you're going to get a couple of people off the street to code for you.

Perhaps if you explained with an example of what you're looking for. What do you mean by "finish a conversion"?

Short answer: you can't.

This is impossible. If 'worded document' is a customer requirement worded in everyday language, it involve a level of understanding that is far far beyond the most advanced AI from the most advanced research facility in world.
In other words, you need a real C3PO to handle this.
