Zkemkeeper real time events stop working after sometimes of inactivity

Hi people,

Does anyone ever had a problem with zkemkeeper real time events that stop working after sometime of incativity.

i am writing a service that will Connect and then register all some real time event on a biometric reader.
this process work fine for a couple of minute only and then stop working after sometime of inactivity.
fyi, I do have a timer that run every 1 minute to ensure that the connection to the reader still Up and then re-register the event if the connection was lost for some reasons.

What I have tried:

I tried to de-register all the events every 1 Minute and then re-register them back but that's did not help.

Anyone has had this problem before, please help.
