With which PLC do you want to communicate ? Siemens ? Beckhoff ? CodeSys ? Any Other ?
You should be much more specific !!!

That's a bit vague. In order to try the communication you should have well understood the application protocol of such device. Make sure to check out the relative documentation, if available.
