Swap a column value in a rad grid (telerik control)

I have a rad grid (telerik) with a column ContactName.
Suppose it has a column with value "george pipps"

If I group the grid by ContactName I want to format the string into
"pipps george"

Can anybody Help me?

Posting here is fine. Might be someone can help but I had found that specific questions related to 3rd party is answered more quickly and accurately at respective forums.
