Editing pages built on ASP.NET and C#

My client wants to update the team page on their website. When I got FTP access to their website I realized it was built on ASP.NET and C# which I am not familiar with. I figure this type of edit shouldn't be too complicated to figure out however, I have gotten nowhere on my own. Is there someone out there that can explain this to me?

What I have tried:

Everything I know how to do haha. But seriously, I have checked out every document held labeled with their team page and cannot find the direct place I edit it from. This got me thinking that there is probably a control panel or something where I can make these edits. Their hosting provider is AccuWeb and I submitted a ticket but haven't heard back from them.

1)download the page from the panel
And edit again upload

Nobody can help you here without FTP access to their website, and you can't give it in the wild.
Your only solution is hire a skilled professional programmer.
