Change the value of WMF image file

Hi,

I wonder if any one can help me. I saw some programs they easily changing the value of a WMF image file by using user entry value. Here are some more details.

A wmf Picture, white back ground and in the Middle a image nothing just a L Shape, next to the L shape A is the height and B is the width, in my program user will enter the A and B value, which will change the value in the WMF file in the image object.

Could some one please help me as I need it very urgently. I am using C#.

I am very new in C#. No idea what to do and where to find the solution. I badly need a solution. Its something related to my job so I need to do something.
