Need to establish communication between excel and a PLC

dear friends,
i am newbie in the programmation i have been asked to create a project of communication between excel and a PLC to export data from the excel to the PLC
.can you please help me?

What I have tried:

nothing.in the past I learned language C

Please define PLC for your case.
Note also that Excel is a file based application and has therefore no built-in communication support.

Learn about the programming for Excel in this Excel programming tutorial. Tio using C# saves really a ton of code and headaches when you see this C# tutorial.

You must export the data in a for the PLC readable format and than go on.

Such a complex task for a newbie is overkill. I would complain about it!!!

Solution 2

Do a search at google (or your search engine of choice) for "excel communication with PLC" and you will find lots and lots of results. Add in your particular PLC type to the search terms and you should get pretty close to what you need.
