STFT for image in java?

I want to develop an application in which I can able to apply STFT (Short-time Fourier Transform)algorithm on image data. Can anyone having solution for it? thanks in advance

I have tried to find answer but every time I found FFT (Fast Fourier Transform)
Can anyone give me solution?
