Dear All,

I am developing a program to generate reports from Quickbooks Desktop Database,
Can some one give me a idea of the structure or how to read the transactions.

Quickbooks did used to provide an API/SDK, I just had a look for you it is still available, I didn't get as far as seeing what it costs.

A file 'structure' of the data file/s would do you no good, it would be poor accounting software that allowed any data thief to look at your company accounts data without some encryption protection.
