I wanted to import data from excel spreadsheet to database table in visual studio2015

i don't have ssis tool and the tasks which has to appear when i press on the database table does not appear . So i wanted to know if i could try with some queries. which would be very helpfull.

What I have tried:

i tried using all external methods but it wasn't happening.
