Background colour not shown when website is opened from Facebook app

I wrote a little website in HTML, CSS and JS. The link for the website is:

http://niche.youniquemag.org

When opened as a link from Facebook or Messenger app, it opens in the app itself and the background colour of the text and title bar disappears. However, when the website is opened from the browser, the problem doesn't exist. Any help on the situation will be great

Debugging on facebook internal browser is not an easy deal.
I looked in google there are several that can be helpful. May be not exactly as your problem. Few link that found in facebook will be helpful for you
