Dynamic set default location setup.msi visualinstaller when update

I create a application with visual studio and c#. When application detect new version it will download new version from server to update. I want to change default location (TARGETDIR) because in my window if I chose a installation folder which is difference with default location then update file isn't change.

What I have tried:

Please tell me any solution for this problem
