Hi Hero's!

I seem to have a problem with the Contact Details webpart. MOSS 2010
Sometimes, but not everytime, the resize of the picture of the contact person fails. User have uploaded a picture on his my site / shared pictures, and uses it as his display picture. On the profile page of the user it is resized correctly but in the Contact Details it fails sometimes and shows the original height, which results is a pretty messed up display.

When using Google there is not much to find on this bug / error.

Any idea will be very useful.

At the link below, a command is given for automatically resizing the uploaded pictures. Maybe this could work as a solution for you :) Also, some additional links are given that maybe can help you out.

Solution 2

After you have imported Contact details web part in the SharePoint website, you are allowed to change the appearance as desired height and width. Select the second option as Adjust width to fit zone.
