To display the systemtime using dropdown..

i have dropdown and listbox..

in dropdown i add

dropdown:
2009-2010
2010-2011

if i choose the 2009-2010 the systemdate will display on my system.

then if am change my system time as may 1 the system time again will change..

anyone help me for this..
