Change folder permissions with C#

Trying to set folder permissions in c# when web applications starts. The folder is created on the install of the web application.

If the application doesn't have the required permissions to access the folder, then it's not going to have the required permissions to alter the permissions on the folder.

Set the permissions from the installer instead.
