Solve my problem with code in ASP.NET MVC with entity framework

there is two Button one for button EnrolmentForm an other for Blank Enrolment Form.
I have to used one view in EnrolmentForm to show the data and other Blank Enrolment Form
Button show the Blank Field therefore user can fill the manually form.send code my email
id:[EMAIL REMOVED]

What I have tried:

send the code my email [EMAIL REMOVED]
with code....
