In the past the source code was available, you can find the old code here: http://web.archive.org/web/20060427210005/http://www.sysinternals.com:80/SourceCode.html
But you probably won't like it, as it is written in the C language.
Oh, and please remove Solution 3 :)

No, it's not C# but C code, there were some failed attempts in the past to convert C code but these can not be recommended. If it was C# code it could be converted with this tool: https://fishcodelib.com/convert.htm
