Please Any Body Help Me........

I Want Multiple File Upload Control,

My Problem Is,

I Want Multiple File Upload Control In Which One Link Button "Attach"
When I Click On These Button The File Upload Dialog Opened,
When I Click On "Open" Button Of Dialog Box Then File Is Directly Uploaded
There Is No Upload Button.

Please Give Me Any Solution.............
