How can I create a web chat application in MVC without using resources?

i have created an application in which i had to shown all online and offline user using
"httpruntime.chache". i don't know how can i create a group chat window, that chat will seen by all online user?

please help with a sample, as i am a beginer in mvc?

yes i did that but i only found data related to "MVC web chat app with SignalR"? but i don't want to use that?
