How to Design Web Signatures in asp.net

Hi friends,
I'm new to the .NET, and now i'm developing a simple application in C#.NET which hasto take user signature through Digital signature pad. For this i'm using i-ball signature pad. and i'm designing a form with "capture signature" button. if i click on this button digital signature window should get open.. can anybody help me in this regards how to write the code?
