I do assume that you're looking for something javascript based since one of your tags was ASP.NET.
What is this rediffmail you're talking about?

Why do you want autosize textbox in runtime? It will spoil the UI. So use Multiline option for the textbox.

If this is a web application the resizing will have to be done on the client side (i.e. the browser). So please elaborate what exactly is your use case and what kind of application are we talking about?
