how and where can i find XFS last release API reference and samples?

Hi all.

I want to work with CEN/XFS (Extensions for Financial Services), probably in C#.NET.

Could anyone tell me how and where I can find XFS latest release API reference and samples?
Does .NET framework have classes & tools for XFS?

If you would just open your mind and use google, you'd get more than 5000 results for the phrase "CEN/XFS api".
