two dropdown with same item

I have two dropdown list.
in first dropdownlist is use for preferedlangauge1
in second dropdownlist is use for preferedlangauge2

both dropdownlist bound to tbllangauge. now i want if i select english langauge in first dropdownlist then the second dropdownlist is dosent show that item which is selected in fistdropdownlist.
