Get posts and username from website

The picture above shows to "posts", by two different users..
I want each posts and username copied into a "log". How can i get the
info needed. (Username, and what the user posted in the topic)

Unless the site has an API for you to use the only way is screen scraping but it is fragile and unreliable.
