MVC2 bind grid and insert record into database

Hi All,

Please send me the code how to bind gridview and how to insert record
into database without using Linq.simple way tell me.

I want to learn from basic in MVC2 pattern.
give me demo project like in a form have textbox, dropdown, radiobutton and a button.when user click on button it will save in database and show in grid and also edit...

Please I want to learn basic from anybody. Plz help me.
And Share knowledge with me.
