Device contexts for WIN32/64 regions

Good Morning,

Is it possible to generate Device Contexts for Regions established by means of the Create***Rgn functions so that their contents can be interchanged/updated by means of the BitBlt() function?

If so how is it done?

Any and all help much appreciated.
