I want to make a Video Cutter(Like MKV Or AVI Cutter) in Visual Basic 2008. Is it Possible. If yes then How? If Not then what Programming Package should i Use for this purpose?

Solution 1

For AVI files, yes. This can be done using DirectShow. This[^] can be a good start.

Not sure about MKV files.
