can't find default smtp virtual server in windows vista

Hi everyone
I tried to send email from my website and i won't to configure my default SMTP virtual server but i couldn't find it , in older versions of windows have but is there in windows vista ??? . if it was built and every think is OK , i have an error here :
SmtpMail.Send(MyMail);
what i must to do , I had search on google but nothing work probably , i use windows vista by the way.
any information will be helpful

Solution 1

It is not included with Vista. You'll need to find a 3rd party SMTP Server to install.

thanks for your command , i had download free smtp server but it didn't connect to my server !!!
please i stopped my home work for this .... and help will be a big helpful to me .
