Creating a Connector dynamically in Silverlight

Hi,
Im working on flowchart kind of application in silverlight.. Im a beginner in Silvelight, Creating the elements (Rectangle,Ellipse.. ) dynamically using SHAPE and LINE Objects by codebehind (c#). I could able to Drag and draw those Elements on the Canvas and also able to moving and resizing those elements. Now my requirement is to connect those Elements dynamically through a Connector, which will changes its path dynamically according to the movements of the elements. need help on this...
