Answer to your question : AJAX controls can not be used in winforms.
Explanation :
AJAX is a technology used for Webapplications (Websites to be precise). You can find a very good reference for AJAX at http://www.w3schools.com/ajax/default.asp[^]
If you can understand the purpose of AJAX, you will answer this question yourself.
