Error while adding few more published pages in a Published a site.

I am getting error while adding few published pages in to a already published site on server.
All other pages which were already deployed were working fine but new pages which I deployed are throwing error while opening "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
kindly help me...

How you are adding new pages? You may need to publish again, but there are ways to publish everything again or only the changes

I have published the whole site again and picked up only changes file from and its dll.

I have published the whole site again and picked up only changes file from and its dll.
You cannot do like this.

Replace the full published site in order to make in changes in affect smoothly.
