How to create movable user controls in wpf

I have created a user control in wpf and added it my application. Now i want to make my user control to be movable inside the canvas as i drag it using the mouse. Any help please.

What problem do you see here? Where is your effort? There are no special or tricky techniques here, so why not trying to make it first?
