Webservice not working on IIS 7.0

Hi,

In our web application we are invoking webservice, it works on development system. But on production server it is not working.
OS - Windows Server 2008
IIS - 7.0

If we consume same webservice from windows application or browse in IE, it is working.
Webservice is https.

Why it is working with windows application and not on web application.

Thanks in advance.
Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Sounds like a deployment issue.
