Take the idea by seeing Code project forum, you can think how the posts, views, unanswered posts etc are managed. Search on code project and code project for improving the user interface.

I think you'd be better off getting something that's already been done, and is available for download from the internet. Google is your friend (search for "c# web forum code", or something like that).
