Insert frames to other frames

I want to insert an another frames to the main frames. How could it be?

What you mean by frames, because the word frame has different meanings. Be specific

Solution 1

Nested Framesets[^]

This example contains 3 pages in frames in a page. If you create frames in child pages then you can have frames inside frames. That's all.
