How to check the radiobuttons

Those three are radiobuttons in this way i created my design page.in the sameway there are some more titles and radiobuttons.For this i have taken one table in that i take all the columns(Accepatanceletter,Agreement,........) and i wrote ADDUpdate stored procedure and GET storedprocedure using all the columns in the table.now i want the C# code to check all the above 3 radiobuttons i.e adding and getting data related to storedprocedures.

Can anyone please help!
