Look And Feel in C#?

Guys... i just want to ask is there any available plugin or any library in c# that will help my windows form to look more pleasant? im talking about look and feel...
im used to java and in java they have this Substance LAF look and feel... but i been browsing the net but i cant seem to find any answer if there are look and feel available in c#... please share if you have encountered the same problem... and how you dealt with this kind of issue

we are using the Developer Express components. You can use them with custom Skins that provide the look and feel that you want. They also come with some predefined skins to start with:
