Hi,

I need to make a UI for a product of my client. he wants to have the UI similar to http://www.vodafone.in/prepaid/recharge/pages/topup.aspx[^] this page.

Can anyone please guide me how to have the menu's as they are on this website.
Or useful links from where I can have information to design such UI.
