gridview and dropdown

Hi,
I have a grid view and in the edit template i need to put in a dropdown list which has to be prepopulated with values from a lookup table.and the the user can choose from the dopdown and update it.I tried doing it using the sql data source but i get errors saying the selectedvalue is not in the item list. can anyone send me code to implement dropdown in the edititem template?

Solution 1

ASP.Net GridView Template DropDownList[^] and check the other links in there.
