rebuild 2008 report wizard and missing templates

Somehow in installing SQL 2008 and Visual Studio 2008 the templates did not install very well, or partially. What I seem to be lacking most is a good working Reports Wizard. And a number of other templates. How do you just install the set of templates without doing a complete install?
