How to create a favourite bar in asp.net

Hi, I wanna add a favorite option in my web page like a favorite tab in Internet explorer. Can anybody tell me how to do that?
In my web site the home page contains lot of links. So, I want to create favorite bar to store some links.
I have a "Add to favorite" option . If i click that option that current page link has to store in favorite group.

Its almost like a internet explorer favorites bar.
