I am looking for develop a prograam that one input has to give multiple routers with breaking tha file in to some pices. Then i want to send each file to available routers at finally when recevier recevie then message he club the message.

my intantion is sending multiple input to multiple routers to send common recevier is possible or not.

i am developing this program for security purpose if some hacker want to hack the message he could get one pice of data not all. and use the maximum bandwidth of internet.

please help me is it possible. if yes how can we detect available router in network. not the same direction but inbetween two systems.

I think your taking things a little too far, why not just stick to some really good security algorithm for the message, then send the encrypted message over an encrypted session which itself has been established over an encrypted link. That should be pretty secure..........
