Windows 7 and Office 2010 compatibility of the Powerpoint Plug-in ("Save back to Presenter Plug-in") using VB.NET ?

I have Presentation Engine VB.NET Application, which deals with Power Point Presentation.I am creating Power Point Presentation 2010 and save back to presenter it gives me Internet Exlorer Popup with three options.First option Open, second option Save and third option cancel. If i click to Save then it will save and after modification it saves back to presenter. but if i open this, it will open and after modification, its modification not save back to presenter.
My Enviornment is:
Windows 7 and Office 2010 compatibility of the Powerpoint Plug-in (Save back to Presenter Plug-in)
