Bind data dropdown list which is present in gridview

Hi
I have two tables 1)Employee(Three columns ) and 2)skills(one columns).
I get the data from both the table by using inner join and try to bind that data to grid view.

The grid view having 4 columns out of 4 the data will populate in 3columns because forth column having the drop down-list.
I am not getting the way to bind the data to drop down-list which is present in gridview.

Please give me the idea with example
