How to start writing a C++ program code for magnifier? When the mouse run along an image, the part where the mouse is pointing at will be zoomed in or enlarged. Urgent!

If cannot be urgent, this is a serious task. Generally, if you claim urgency, it cannot accelerate getting help, but can delay things.

Tell us what you have done so far. How will you achieve zoom effect? What APIs do you think would be useful? Will you update the zoomed image based on mouse movement, or by some other means?
