Infopath 2010 filter option not working in sharepoint site after publishing

Hi all,
After publishing the infopath 2010 form, filter option is not working. While publishing the form I have selected below two option:
1. Browser enable form check box
2. Administrator privilege radio button.
After publishing the form in sharepoint form library while I am opening this form, Its filter option is not working. But while I tested in infopath priview mode that filter event was firing and working fine. For example what filter I did in infopath form is:
In one dropdown list I have loaded all the customerid (which is coming from SOAP webservice) and based on customerid selection displaying all details about customer in text box.
