create Application in VS2010 and create a setup for 32 bit system and for 64 bit system. same application install in 32 bit system and 64 bit system. this application display in 32 bit very well but another way of application for 64 bit system the all control of form is not display like display in 32 bit system.

Are on Windows here? XP? Vista? Win7? Server?
Same hardware? If not, what are the differences?
"not display like" - what does it actually look like? / what should it look like? What are the differences? Sample screen shots?
How about an extract of the relevant code?

It probably has nothing to do with 32 and 64 bit. Chances are, the display DPI setting is different on the 64 bit machine. Normal is 96 dpi but it's rather common to see 120 DPI, moreso on laptops.
