Hello people

i want to know how can i developt a simple software where the user can safe information.. and then reopen it... i am trying to developt one.. dont want to use acces, or sql databse.. i want to create my own.. dont care if it is very simple.. just care that it make the work... if you can give some advice or articles, tutorial.. anything that can help me (it could be in any programming languaje)... thanks
