not found faxcomlib.dll and faxcom.dll in system32 folder

i want to send fax using faxcom.dll so i eant to add reference of it in my project
so i have install fax services in my pc that is shoeing in addremove component checkmark but wheni go for add reference that time i am unable to find
faxcom.dll in system32 folder any solution

I think those files are not supposed to be there. I don't have them. It should be 3rd-party software. Can it the product of Biscom http://www.biscom.com[^]?
