Problem With User Control

I Created a User Control Who Hold The List and Show the Filter Data As User Type In Control. I have a problem with it that when i place this user control in panel or other container control then the list is hide in the container control. it not appera above the container control as combo box does.

Please Help Me

That's precisely what you asked for. Put it in a container, and it will be inside that container. You need to resize your container to fit, or, put it somewhere else. I don't see what other options you expect to have. If you want your container to resize itself to fit your list, you need to write code for it to query the control to get the required size.
